What is your recurring subscription policy?
All our paid products are billed annually to ensure continuous updates and support. However, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time – you will still be entitled to the one year of free updates and support from the time of your last payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply go to your My Account page, click "View Licenses", and follow the link to cancel.
Will my extensions quit working if my license expires?
No. The software will keep running even after your license expires, although you will lose access to updates and support.
Please note, however, that as with all software, future updates of WordPress or Sliced Invoices Core could lead to breaking changes. If you never update any of your software (which is a bad idea) then you may never run into this situation, but if you DO keep your WordPress and other plugins updated (as you should) then someday you'll need to purchase a new license to get the Sliced Invoices updates for keeping things compatible. That's why we really recommend you maintain an active license and always run the most recent versions of Sliced Invoices products, to guard against any potential security vulnerabilites, plugin conflicts, and to ensure continuing compatibility with WordPress itself.
Will my cost ever go up?
No! As long as you keep your subscription active, your pricing is locked in. (However if your decide to cancel or if your subscription lapses, you can only renew at the then-current rates.)
