Add taxes into reports page.

Yes please! That would make the end of year such a lot easier. Since the tax is already somewhere in the database it seems weird that i will have to manually sum up the taxes for my files

And monthly sum too !
In fact I wondered if it is possible to add taxes columns to the Invoices/Quotes grid and write the total of amount columns. (total of total for the date range, TPS, TVQ, etc.)
